Service Technician – Recreational Vehicles
We are looking for a top notch RV Service Technician to add to our team. We are looking for someone that is seasoned in the industry and/or has the experience from a similar career.  Trust, dedication, responsible, team player, individual achiever, and professional. We run an honest shop and need honest, hard-working techs who see the value in a good day’s work for good a day’s pay.  Fun atmosphere, great benefits and pay, but a really busy shop that is always on task and moving at a fast pace.

Job Responsibilities

Examine and diagnose RV problems
Discuss repairs with service manager or RV service advisor
Communicate additional service requests to RV service advisor
Plan work procedures in cooperation with service manager
Provide labor time estimates to RV service advisor
Monitor repair time and update RV service advisor regularly
Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation
Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs
Assist in mentoring RV technician trainees
Attend company and factory training
Keep current with factory technical bulletins
Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations (such as disposal of hazardous waste)
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities and Duties:

World Class Customer Service
Provide excellent customer service to all of the dealership’s customers, greeting customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner
Possess the ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfaction
Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously.
Point out any sales, specials, or new merchandise to customers
Assist customers with their selection of merchandise and offer additional product that compliments the purchase
Accept cash & credit card payments for merchandise purchases
Keep cash register accurate
Notify customers when special orders or back-ordered items are received
Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrate our commitment to excellent customer service and making things right
Retail Sales of General Merchandise
Provide prompt and accurate service at the cash register
Conduct or participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise (counts, reports etc.)
Create well-organized presentations, which appeal to our customers
Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean, dust free, and appealing to customers
Continuously maintain showroom product availability by stocking shelves and displays
Maintain/update customer mailing lists
Maintain proactive communication with our customers to make aware of new product and specials
Attend training sessions and department meetings to keep current with merchandising & inventory control issues
Maintain high standards of professional appearance daily
Other duties as assigned
Physical Demands

Must have the ability to stand and walk the sales floor for most of the day
Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift 35 lb. of merchandise
Working Conditions

Majority of work is conducted indoors; however, some outdoor booth sales are conducted periodically during open houses or other events

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will execute administrative policies determined by or in conjunction with executives by performing the following responsibilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable
Greets and directs visitors to the company
Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company website and other related information
Keeps customer lounge and reception areas clean and ensure refreshments are available
Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies  
Updates POs with proper pricing and issuing stock numbers with correct pricing once POs are received.
Controls additions and changes to incoming, new and used inventory and stays current on dealership website and software system
Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, filing and collating, keeping customers area(s) clean and organized
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum one-year office administrative support experience strongly preferred.
Strong customer service skills
Computer/Internet skills- including Microsoft Office experience
