Service Technician – Recreational Vehicles
We are looking for a top notch RV Service Technician to add to our team. We are looking for someone that is seasoned in the industry and/or has the experience from a similar career.  Trust, dedication, responsible, team player, individual achiever, and professional. We run an honest shop and need honest, hard-working techs who see the value in a good day’s work for good a day’s pay.  Fun atmosphere, great benefits and pay, but a really busy shop that is always on task and moving at a fast pace.  Pay is based on past experience, mechanical aptitude in all areas related to RV's, cetification levels, job history, available hours and days to work, and proven results.  Also will depend on whether or not wanting to go on flat rate pay when getting to the higher scale.

Job Responsibilities

Examine and diagnose RV problems
Discuss repairs with service manager or RV service advisor
Communicate additional service requests to RV service advisor
Plan work procedures in cooperation with service manager
Provide labor time estimates to RV service advisor
Monitor repair time and update RV service advisor regularly
Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation
Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs
Assist in mentoring RV technician trainees
Attend company and factory training
Keep current with factory technical bulletins
Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations (such as disposal of hazardous waste)
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Administrative Assistant
Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will execute administrative policies determined by or in conjunction with executives by performing the following responsibilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.



Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable
Greets and directs visitors to the company
Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company website and other related information
Keeps customer lounge and reception areas clean and ensure refreshments are available
Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies  
Updates POs with proper pricing and issuing stock numbers with correct pricing once POs are received.
Controls additions and changes to incoming, new and used inventory and stays current on dealership website and software system
Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, filing and collating, keeping customers area(s) clean and organized
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum one-year office administrative support experience strongly preferred.
Strong customer service skills
Exceptional Computer/Internet skills- including Microsoft Office experience 
Must be self-motivated
Ability to multi-task
Respectful of co-workers
Positive attitude and honest
Goal Oriented
Must act in a professional manner at all times
Well organized
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Make-Ready Technician/Detailer – RV Dealership - Part Time Position - Possibly Open to Full Time

Job Responsibilities

Learn and assist other make-ready and detail techs and rv technicians
Maintain inventory and order make-ready supplies
Act as liaison between department staff and sales managers to facilitate the process for new and pre-owned vehicles
Detail and/or wash client RV's and vehicles as needed
Maintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client RV and/or vehicle care and operation
Note damage and notify service so a claim can be filed within 24 hours
Perform quality control inspections of all vehicles before being brought to frontline
Coordinate with sales and service to ensure on-time deliveries
Attend department meetings
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED; 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training; Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
