Full-Time position available in our Finance Department for a Finance Assistant

As a Finance Assistant, you will be assisting our Finance manager in reviewing and verifying that loan documents and paperwork are completed for our customers and lenders. You will be working with customers and salespeople to obtain documents and other paperwork that is needed to complete the deal processing.

A SUCCESSFUL FINANCE ASSISTANT WILL BE ABLE TO:

• Review RV paperwork and loan documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Be proficient in basic math
• Possess some knowledge of Minnesota title and registration processing after training
• Work with the finance manager and sales team to submit all documentation on time
• Prepare and package all loan documentation for delivery to lenders
• Possess good communication skills
• Be able to quickly learn and use dealer management software
• Be able to use email efficiently and compose well-written emails.
• Have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
• Possess basic Excel skills

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, good communication skills, both verbal/written
• To be able to work well in a process-driven environment, to be able to work independently, and be self-motivated
• Enjoy working in fast-paced environment with time-pressure deadlines
• Maintain ethical behavior in all situations and decisions
• Practice strict legal compliance throughout all loan document processing
• Present a professional appearance
• Possess strong organizational skills

EXPERIENCE:  The ideal candidate would have at least 1 year of related experience in a Dealership or similar setting. Administrative experience preferred.
