 POSITION DESCRIPTION

Kroubetz Lakeside Campers in Minnesota is searching for a seasoned Finance & Insurance Manager (F&I) to become a vital part of our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify the right lender, secure approvals, obtain customer commitments, and finalize deliveries.
• Oversee contract placements while optimizing F&I PVR.
• Assist the sales desk in structuring deals effectively.
• Consistently follow all F&I office procedures and contract flow processes.
• Manage contracts in transit, ensuring timely funding through continuous communication with the business office.
• Track and monitor F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetration rates.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings to address F&I training and related matters.
• Support the General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience with in Sales or Finance and Insurance products preferred.
• Strong communication skills, effective time management, and a professional demeanor are essential.
• Excellent closing skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to train finance and sales personnel.
• Valid driver's license.
